QC Certification Specialist-Detroit, Michigan

This position is responsible for all certifications and paperwork in the Quality Certification Department. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Researching open orders and determine if a preliminary certification is required, prepare preliminary certifications and review for compliance, prepare purchase order for testing lab, track all p.o’s & log all lab reports, evaluate incoming lab results against specifications, create a certification for various industries: (i.e. commercial, aerospace and nuclear), and approve and review certification prior to issuance.

Inside Sales Representative-Detroit, Michigan

This position is responsible for all aspects of the inside sales. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Customer Communication and Quotations – Prepare timely and accurate quotations to customers obtaining information from the various internal groups such as Materials, Forging, Metallurgy, Machining and Quality. Receive inquiries, send quotations, follow up on active inquiries, receive PO’s, order status, strive to develop multiple contacts (where possible) to allow process planning/metallurgy/quality teams to have their own point of contact for non-sales related issues.
